Based on: (i) The economic concentration notification dossier and the information and documents submitted by Bunge Alimentos S.A., STIC CJ Global Investment Corporate Partnership Private Equity Fund, CJ CheilJedang Corporation, and CJ Selecta S.A. to the VietNam Competition Commission; (ii) The current provisions of competition law, the Chairman of the VietNam Competition Commission issued Decision No. 236/QD-CT on August 29, 2024, regarding the conditional economic concentration between Bunge Alimentos S.A., STIC CJ Global Investment Corporate Partnership Private Equity Fund, CJ CheilJedang Corporation, and CJ Selecta S.A.
