Based on: (i) The economic concentration notification dossier and the information and documents submitted by Bunge Global SA, Viterra Limited, Danelo Limited, CPPIB Monroe Canada Inc., and Venus Investment Limited Partnership to the VietNam Competition Commission; (ii) The current provisions of competition law, the Chairman of the VietNam Competition Commission issued Decision No. 238/QD-CT on August 29, 2024, regarding the conditional economic concentration between Bunge Global SA, Viterra Limited, Danelo Limited, CPPIB Monroe Canada Inc., and Venus Investment Limited Partnership.
